We are seeking a dynamic and experienced asset management practitioner to provide leadership, influence and direction in Council’s asset management and infrastructure planning functions.
You will have tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering (or a related discipline) or lesser formal qualifications with extensive experience in asset management and/or infrastructure planning. You will have a high level of knowledge of asset management principles and demonstrated experience in developing asset management plans and the initiation and planning of rolling infrastructure programs and projects. You will be a confident and clear communicator who can engage constructively and positively with a wide range of stakeholders. You must have demonstrated knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management and GIS software. Your ability to lead a multidisciplinary team to achieve results in a positive, accountable team based environment will be critical to your success in this role.
