The Role

Working within a Government organisation on a large-scale rail project, you will be instrumental in the analysis and functionality of new and existing systems for business improvement and be key within a change management process.

Skills and Experience 

• Well-developed analytical skills to review and interpret complex information from various sources to prepare and present data and reporting, including dashboard and scorecard.
• Proven ability in business change, investigating business strategies and solution options using appropriate methodologies, techniques and tools, including supporting change leads with change impact assessment and analysis.
• A solutions-based approach with the ability to project lead and provide accurate advice to assist with specifying business requirements for new and existing focus areas.
• Highly competent with Tableu.
• Exposure to workforce planning and/or managing productivity and efficiency KPI’s within an analytic and reporting capacity will be highly regarded.
