About the Opportunity
The primary purpose of this role is to facilitate engagement with the sector and communities to improve the local supply of services, whilst building collaborative relationships with providers and developing avenues for contract management that directly contributes to better outcomes for individuals, families, and communities.
This is an ongoing role in accordance with the Government Sector Employment Act 2013.
A Recruitment Pool may be created to fill similar roles for both ongoing and temporary opportunities if and as they arise.
Essential Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience with demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Appointments are subject to reference checks. Some roles may also require the following checks/clearances:
- National Criminal History Record Check in accordance with the Disability Inclusion Act 2014
- Working with Children Check clearance in accordance with the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012

Q1. Describe your experience in delivering contract management, monitoring and evaluating provider performance. How have you used your experience to improve quality, leverage performance and support service responsiveness?
Q2. Provide an example where you dealt with multiple stakeholders (e.g. providers, community, service users, etc). How did you facilitate their diverse opinions to achieve the best possible outcomes?
Part of the assessment process may include additional online capability testing, skills testing or work samples in accordance with the new Government Sector Employment Act 2013; therefore you may be contacted to participate. You may also be asked to complete a Health Declaration Form in later stages of the assessment process.
