Your new company
This government department is dedicated to driving sustainable economic growth in both Victoria and international settings. A vacancy now exists for a Senior Advisor to join an extremely successful and high performing CBD based team, working on senior secretariat and governance pieces of work
Your new role
As a Senior Advisor, you will be tasked with, but not limited to the following:
- Senior Secretariat support of critical and executive level transport infrastructure readiness committees
- Assisting with the implementation of agency performance reporting frameworks and meeting cycles
- Continued assessment of whole-of-agency compliance requirements and overall performance
- General support to Directors and other senior members of staff when required
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role you will ideally possess the following:
- Experience in a similar advisory roles with a strong history of success.
- An exceptionally strong communicator with executive level stakeholders within a public sector setting
- Previous experience with supporting high level committees within the VPS or APS is essential
- A strong understanding of public sector policy programs will be highly advantageous
- Experience with transport infrastructure, transport portfolio agencies, annual reports, corporate plans and risk analysis will be extremely advantageous
