The services include but are not limited to following deliverables:

• Application of User-Centered co-design principles to create a helpful positive experience
• Delivering designs that meet the agreed design principles such as, support for consumer choice, meets community expectations for cultural sensitivity and creating an enhance look-and-feel
• Relationship management with the business owner, delivery partners and key stakeholders, including health professionals, service providers and end-users.
• Support implementation of the communications strategy, including advertising briefs, scheduling and reviewing social media and liaison with new websites to increase backlinks.
• Support stakeholder engagement processes, including managing the engagement budget.
• Manage supporting resources, including induction pack for providers, supporting governance arrangements and maintaining executive reporting dashboards.
• Review user stories, design mock-ups and status reports.

The following reporting will be required throughout the duration of the contract:

• Monthly timesheet completion;
• Monthly status reports; and
• Other reporting as requested by Health.

You must be an Australian citizen and have a current Commonwealth Government security clearance to apply for this role.
