Project Support Officer
The Project Support Officer works in the Corporate learning and development team, within People and Culture. This is a parental leave role for 12 months.
About the Role:
- Provide training event management including Corporate Induction and Extended Leavers' Events, as well as training workshops
- Provide program and project administrative support to the Senior Consultant Organisational Development and team
- Provide professional, timely and informative responses to internal staff regarding L&D
- Manage corporate online compliance modules
To be successful in this role:
- Works collaboratively in the L&D team and across the broader P&C team
- Demonstrates a 'can do' solutions focus
- Provides consistent and professional customer service to internal stakeholders and external training providers and facilitators
- Provides innovative solutions when faced with challenges
- Effectively manages workload and prioritises tasks to consistently meet required deadlines
- Demonstrates attention to detail and ability to work with data to create the monthly metrics report
