The opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated professional ideally supported by relevant trade qualifications or broad experience in bridge construction and maintenance to join our Regional Maintenance team.
The Work Supervisor will be reporting and working closely with the Works Manager to ensure that works and projects are delivered in the agreed time, cost, quality, safety standards and targets. For the team to have the necessary skills to achieve its goals, you will develop and manage the performance of your staff by providing performance feedback, identifying skills gaps, preparing team and individual development plans and facilitating opportunities for development.
To be successful in this role, you have demonstrated experience in supervising a team and managing the allocation of resources to meet work objectives and monitoring output to ensure resource usage are optimised.

Remuneration package: RMS USS Grade 7 ($88,450 - $93,348), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
