Our Urban Landscape Design Team is looking for a new full time leader to join the Open Space and Recreation Planning unit to manage, plan, design and deliver high quality, innovative, open space projects.
Reporting to the Unit Manager of Open Space and Recreation Planning you will be responsible for providing design leadership, support and direction to the Urban Landscape Design Team and more broadly to the Open Space and Recreation unit and organisation through ongoing motivation and collaboration. With a background in public or private sectors, you possess a Degree in Landscape Architecture with at least 5 years of practical experience in the industry and in managing a team.
You will have extensive experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp and the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite of products. Strong verbal and written communication skills are vital, as is the ability to work in a supportive, collaborative team environment.
