What’s the job involve?

In this role, you will be developing, facilitating and implementing the GTM model (sales operating model) for Business & Government to deliver the annual sales plan. You will be also acting as the second in command. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to ensure buy-in to the sales plan and subsequent resourcing and forecast planning. You will be responsible from an enterprise perspective for sales governance to drive revenue performance and prioritisation of resources. You will engage with stakeholders across Business & Government to ensure a cohesive, planned and prioritised framework for sales that supports the overall strategy.

We’re looking for someone with: 

• Extensive experience in a planning role within a commercial environment.
• Sales Management and Sales Operations experience (desirable).
• Strong relationship management skills.
• A clear understanding of business priorities.
• Experience delivering strategic business plans, operational execution plans, and sales strategies.
• Significant experience negotiating with internal stakeholders and influencing cooperation in order to drive business outcomes.
