Working as part of our Frontline Recruitment Campaigns team, this role will be responsible for:

• Joining a team of 15 casual recruiters during our "peak period" to help fill over 2,000 roles for Christmas.  
• Managing a portfolio of customers to deliver high quality customer service
• Proactively and efficiently manage high volume recruitment requirements 
• Post job roles, phone screen candidates and set up interviews.
• Taking the candidate on positive recruitment experience by being accountable for building and maintaining strong relationships.

• We want you to have high volume and fast paced operational recruitment experience with the drive and enthusiasm to hit the ground running and make a positive impact on improving our recruitment processes and delighting our customers
• Highly developed communication and stakeholder management skills - you’ll be given the freedom to work independently in collaborating with Network planning teams to identify resource requirements across the business and you will provide support with coordination of Recruitment events

This is a 7 month full time temporary term opportunity starting ASAP with a fixed salary of $60,000 + 12% on top of that!!
