The City of Canning has an exciting opportunity for a Tenancy Management Officer on a permanent, full time basis.
The role reports to the Leader Land Assets and will be the first point of contact for all tenancy management related matters. The successful applicant will provide professional advice internally on all lease and licence related matters, negotiate with prospective and existing stakeholders to agree with terms, and administer formal obligations under leases and licences.

- $73,585 - $81,878 per annum + 10.5% superannuation
Applicants will have a C Class drivers licence, and a strong knowledge of the Local Government Act 1995 and Land Administration Act 1997, combined with experience in the administration of leases and legal agreements, or have experience in the property management environment. The right applicant for the role will have experiencing in preparing accurate and high quality written documentation for external stakeholders and have excellent communication and negotiate skills. They will enjoy working in a team setting, have the ability to manage financial accounts and leverage best income/outgoings and have an excellent work ethic.
