POSITION
Head of Product Management ANZ
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will see you draw on your leadership, technical and commercial skills. You will take ownership of the Product Management function regionally and entail the following responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of your portfolio across ANZ
- Drive growth, revenue, and margin performance
- Manage and lead a small team of technical application engineers
- Assist in the development of regional strategy (this may include competitive landscape, pricing strategy, macros trends and go-to-market plan)
- Plan and execute new product launches
- Full management of the product management function
- Act as the technical custodian regionally
- Assist with high-level presentations to key customers
- Oversee tender opportunities and request for proposals
- Create and implement pricing strategies for the product group
- Represent the Product Management function at a regional leadership level
- Management of inventory across given product groups
- Work with the global management team to maintain coherency between the local and global business
- Provide monthly reporting to the executive team on the performance of the business unit in relation to strategic objectives
KEY CRITERIA
- Proven and exceptional leadership skills
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering and/or similiar qualification
- Proven experience managing the entire product lifecycle
- Strong undersatnding of product management fundamentals
- Able to travel extensively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to understand complex concepts
- Sound leadership skills
