The Opportunity
Our client have a solid history in the South Australian market and are a trusted name in the industry, sporting many high profile projects and reputation for success. Their team are highly skilled in all aspects of processes, project delivery and project management, with a wealth of knowledge and experience in a vast array of construction industries. They are now seeking a Graduate of Construction or Engineering to join their team.
The Role
As a Construction/Engineering Graduate, you will be exposed to all areas of the business, soaking in all there is to learn about the construction industry and project delivery, whilst gaining real world, practical experience in the South Australian market. You'll be supporting project delivery teams during the planning phase, throughout construction and post-construction. You will be involved in a range of processes, including but not limited to tendering and bid submissions, document control, reviewing subcontracts and providing general support to the project and development teams. You will work first hand on projects varying in scale and scope, all whilst being supported in your career and identifying your next path.
The Like Mind
You will have recently completed a Bachelor of Construction Management, Bachelor of Built Environment, Bachelor of Civil Engineering or similar, with outstanding final results. A high desire to achieve and determination to reach career goals. As a Graduate, it is not expected you will have extensive experience in the industry as of yet, but you will possess excellent communication abilities and will be well presented. Dedication to adding to your CV during your studies will be highly regarded, from work experience, volunteering and/or extra curricular activities. This is an exceptional opportunity for a recent graduate to get an incredible head start on their career.
