- You will be working in Sydney’s Western suburbs with a company that has over 40 years' experience and multiple locations around Australia.
- Due to their prominent position in the market, they have been able to attract high caliber, like-minded people.
- 10+ years in the Civil space as Project Manager has absorbed your experience to supervise and manage work procedures for subdivisions, stormwater, sewer, civil works, bulk earthworks, haul roads and road pavement construction.
- You have achieved detail knowledge in construction management plans and SWMS to DTM standards.
- You’re expertise in planning take-off‘s and accurate estimates of civil works projects will be highly recognised and rewarded. Areas include; bulk earthworks, concrete footingsroads, structures, pavements, electrical conduits, drainage, sewer and pits.
- Underpin the Managing Director. Report budgets and cost control from State Managers.
- Support and high-quality mentoring from the Managing Director will also add to your proficiencies to oversee the allocation of machinery bulk earthworks, work crews and civil subdivision projects.
