Your New Company
My client is a multi-disciplinary firm with expertise in land development, environmental and infrastructure projects. They have a longstanding proud history and have built strong relationships with their clients over the last forty years. They are now looking to strategically grow their Geotechnical team and are looking for the right people to train, develop and ensure their ongoing success in their own career aspirations.

Your New Role
In this role you will be working as part of a small team and carrying out multiple site investigations. You will work closely with the lab testing team and be relied upon to build relationships with the various contractors, civil engineers and projects managers so you are able to present the findings in the form of presentations and reports. Your role will be critical to ensuring the successful completion of a variety of engineering projects in line with timings and resources and will in turn save this consultancy expensive variations in the future.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Ideally you will have experience working as a geotechnical engineer for a consultancy firm.
• A tertiary qualification in civil engineering or environmental sciences
• Experienced at conducting detailed site investigations in a variety of environments
• Highly motivated with excellent communication skills in both written reports and presentations
• Experience liaising with clients, contractors, government bodies and other stake holders
