Due to our continued growth and expansion, we are currently seeking applications for a suitably experienced Electrical Supervisor with a strong background in maintenance contracts.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role you must provide evidence of the following:
- Solid experience in Electrical and Instrumentation fields
- Demonstrated supervisory experience as a contractor.
- Must have all current licenses to work as an electrical supervisor (eg:WA A Grade electrical licence/LVR/CPR/HA/Frontline leadership training).
- Must be able to estimate electrical work scopes.
- Must have experience in supervising fixed price work scopes to deliver results.
- Must have sound knowledge of maintenance and services industry.
- Drive the zero harm culture of the work force.
- Develop and grow working relationships with clients.
- Client focused
- Solid maintenance background
- Ability to positively influence existing team culture and initiate change
- Manage variation process with client.
- Plan and schedule work scopes
