Air Liquide Australia has an opportunity for an Installations Engineer to join the team based in Sunshine VIC. This position provides the foundation to a rewarding Engineering career with Air Liquide and may lead to local and international career opportunities.

Reporting to the Regional Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry and company standards including the establishment and implementation of relevant documentation (e.g. SOP's, SWM's etc); work with the larger team on company-wide projects; and support our customers through the analysis of our services and more.  You will also be responsible for administering the MEX maintenance data base and vessel movements.

As the successful applicant, you will possess the following;

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Must be a recent graduate (0-3 years experience)
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Experience in customer liaison
  • Strong team orientation
  • Intermediate level skills in the MS package
  • Demonstrated understanding of safe work methods

Your leadership capability, safety and quality focus, ability to build collaborative working relationships and gain commitment will be highly regarded.  You will have strong communication skills with the ability to influence a range of key stakeholders.

You will have a working knowledge of dangerous goods regulations and OH&S legislation.Travel to ALA customer sites, including overnight stays will be required.
