The Company 

My client are an international market leader multi disciplinary, Engineering consultancy.

Ongoing major project wins have resulted in the need for an experienced Senior Drainage Design Engineer to help them tackle the growing workload.

With a strong pipeline of work and high profile projects in Sydney and across NSW, this is an opportunity for someone to develop their technical and leadership expertise. 

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering detailed design packages, in line with local codes and standards. You will offer innovative design solutions and lead the drainage component on major road and rail projects.  

Experience 

• Bachelor Degree Civil Engineering 
• 10+ years relevant industry experience 
• Knowledge of local codes and standards 
• Infrastructure project experience favorable
• Proficient in drainage engineering software (DRAINS, HEC RAS, 12D)
• Team player - good interpersonal skills - happy to mentor junior engineers
• Excellent communication both verbal and written
