Your new company
A wholly owned Australian consultancy providing a wide range of specialised services in Structural, Civil, Facade and Traffic Engineering within Australia and Asia seeks experienced Structural Drafters with a good understanding of REVIT to join their Sydney team.
Your new role
- Permanent full time role based in St. Leonard's.
- Managing drafting on large projects autonomously and directing drafters within a project team as required.
- Liaising with engineers and architects on the preparation and coordination of documentation.
- Competently conveying structural information into drawing format which can be interpreted by builders.
- Communicating relevant project information as appropriate to project leaders/project team.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 5 years' experience (3+ years local experience) with an engineering consultancy, including a range of project types and sizes.
- Hands on experience with REVIT, AutoCAD and Australian standards is essential along with proficiency in 3D modelling.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and via email.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- A keen eye for detail and motivation towards furthering your technical skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, multitask and manage time efficiently.
- A sound understanding of online project collaboration programs.
- Full working rights in Australia either Citizenship / Permanent Residency is essential.
