As a result of growing opportunities in the Water Engineering sector, our established Civil Engineering Team is seeking a Civil Water Engineer with experience in large diameter water and sewer mains design and clean water storage tank design to join our team. You will have experience in report writing, the ability to communicate effectively and a client focused approach.

To be successful in the role, you will have 2 to 6 years of experience and the ability to demonstrate this in the following areas 

• Have an understanding of the technical issues in large diameter Water and Sewer mains and provide support to the project teams and other offices as required 
• Ability and experience in writing reports for concept, engineering and detailed design for a variety of civil engineering projects 
• Coordinate and liaise with other disciplines in multi-discipline project teams 
• An opportunity to liaise with clients to understand and manage client needs and deliver projects on time 
• Prepare and implement project plans 
• Prepare contract documents including Specifications, Bill of Quantities and Drawings
• Assist in the preparation of written proposals and fee estimates 

About You: 

• Proficient communication skills, and an open communication style
• Ability to work on several small projects at once and determine priorities 
• Bachelor degree qualifications in a civil engineering discipline. 
• Proven experience of at least 2 years, and a sound understanding of current civil engineering technologies within the Water sector.
