The Roles
 
They are seeking 3 x Senior/Lead Mechanical Engineers to work within their successful Sydney, Brisbane and Gold Coast offices. As successful candidates you are passionate about your work, driven to achieve success, have initiative, flair, and a desire to seek out and solve Client’s needs. You will also have the ability to take charge of key projects and be part of developing the mechanical teams.
Your duties will include but not be limited to mechanical engineering design, technical design support, graduate mentoring, documentation delivery, project coordination and Client management.  You will also be required to project manage multidisciplinary projects.


The Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in mechanical services design
• A recognised Mechanical Engineering qualification
• Experience with IES, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam and etc
• Competent application of the National Construction Code Series (BCA)
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, applicable Standards and Codes
• CPEng or working towards charted status
• Successfully manage projects and mentor and lead team
• Ability to action and deliver design from a conceptual level (spatials, design criteria, system selection) through to detailed design (drawings, specification, report)
• Ability to provide creative and innovative design outcomes to both internal and external clients

• Great communicators, comfortable talking with Clients and a close knit office team
