This senior project engineering role will oversee a project portfolio of crushing plant upgrades and small civil works projects that support our growth and operational efficiency strategies. You will also maintain the project environment and support research and new product development.
You must have significant engineering design and project management experience in the order of 10-15 years, ideally in quarrying, manufacturing or mining environments dealing with crushing plant design, materials handling and conveyor systems. Engineering Degree/Diploma in relevant field (Mechanical or Civil).
You will also have exceptional stakeholder management skills, superior communications skills, and an interpersonal style that resonates with the Alex Fraser culture: practical, down-to-earth and quietly- confident.
Your technical skills must include advanced AutoCAD and advanced MS Excel.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, SCADA, Operational Efficiency or Fixed Plant Maintenance is welcome.
