ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is extraordinary and is for someone who has leadership aspirations and wants to be part of the decision making process. It is a role where you can step away from the traditional hierarchy of most firms and be rewarded on merit, be developed into a great leader and also be involved in the direction and growth of the company.
Working directly with the Directors, you will have a great track record in the local building services market. Initially this role will see you design and document electrical services, build exceptional client relationships and actively deliver clients projects on time and to budget. As a key representative of the company your skills will need to be exemplary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Tertiary qualified in Electrical Engineering
- 8 plus years of experience as a Building Services Electrical Design Engineer
- 8 plus years of experience in the local market
- Strong knowledge of the building code of Australia in relation to Electrical Engineering
- Strong client relationship skills and a desire to lead and build a team under you
- Motivation and ‘can do’ attitude
