Client Details

My client is a rapidly growing Pharmaceutical business who are looking to take on a Reliability Engineer into their team. They have a strong demand for their product and are forecasting continued growth and expansion throughout the year.

Description

• The Reliability Engineer will work with the Engineering teams and other Operational personnel to make sure that all equipment & operational processes are designed, changed and managed for maximum utilisation and valued total cost of ownership.

• You will take a "hands on" approach at times on site to direct the maintenance crew.

• Serving as the key technical resource for the operational focus on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and problem resolution for electronic/mechanical/process equipment issues.

• This position also plays a key role in principles of continuous improvement and performance excellence.

Profile

• Tertiary qualifications and experience in a manufacturing environment
• Specific experience in Pharmaceutical Industry
• Track record in developing reliability and maintenance procedures
• Lean Manufacturing experience in a high volume production environment is essential
• Experience in coaching production teams from a reliability and maintenance perspective to drive process improvement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
