12D Designers are required to join our Urban Development team in Baulkham Hills.  You will either say "no thanks" or "amazing" when you see our location as this would suit those looking to avoid the CBD commute!  Our current portfolio of projects range from the large sized to small across a number of markets, affording our team the freedom and flexibility to develop well-rounded professional skills.

To be successful in one of these opportunities you will:

• Possess intermediate to advanced abilities in 12D.
• Have experience ideally be in the Urban Development sector, working on large land lots with a strong focus on roads and drainage
• Be an effective communicator with your team, contractors and clients to achieve successful outcomes for all stakeholders.
• 5+ years’ experience and be committed to joining a team that is diverse and supportive in the development of your skills and abilities.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture (trivia knowledge, bowling skills etc highly advantageous)
• Some of these roles allow the opportunity to mentor and educate others in the team to foster a supportive working environment.
