TechnipFMC is entering an exciting growth period as a result of success on mature Frame Agreements for Engineering Services combined with recent project awards. Our forecast for tendering and new projects justifies a strategic view to hiring new team members.
We are currently looking for a Services Planner / Master Scheduler to be based at our Office in Henderson. Your role will be to generate a master work plan for Subsea Services which considers backlog, forecast and upside work, disaggregating the production and delivery plans into executables schedules that links customer deliverables to resources management
The successful candidate will understand and be able to apply the principles of demand management, sales and operations planning, master scheduling, and to identify conditions that require action. Specific techniques/actions required include:
- Creating and evaluating a quantitative forecast
- Create an anticipated Master Schedule to drive a resource demand for critical Subsea Services personnel including Offshore Technicians, Engineers, Workshop Technicians, Quality, and Customer Services
- Calculating performance measurements relating to customer service policy
- Preparing weekly plants to base operation plan and responding appropriately
- Report out Regional KPIs regarding performance against Plan
- Confirm and/or reschedule service orders in SAP.
- Lead schedule reviews with various stakeholders and update Primavera schedules
- Participate in Global Subsea Services Planning Network meetings
- Collaborate across departments to drive the Planning process from creation, create demand and present resource charts.
- Bachelor Degree qualified or suitable relevant Planning experience
- Prior experience in development of a regional master work plan
- Exposure to workshop environment providing ability to reasonably judge Work duration and resource requirements
- Proven communication skills allowing work in a multi-cultural environment across the region and within the global planning network
- Sufficient senior management exposure to understand general Planning concerns at the Senior Management level
- Sales and Operations planning (S&OP)
- Experience in SAP is desirable
- Strong understanding of scheduling principles and scheduling architecture
- Primavera and MS project experience is desirable
- High acceptance of responsibility and accountability
- APICS training or certification is desirable
- Lean Manufacturing experience is desirable
- Spends 85% of time in office environment and 15% in workshop environment in an observer role.
- limited travel outside Henderson is required.
