Cardno is currently seeking an experienced Structural Revit Drafter to join our Structures Division. The primary focus of this role will be to providing accurate and efficient design services.
  
Based in our Melbourne CBD Office this positions offers you a high variety in the types of projects and clients that you will be working on across a variety of Infrastructure Projects.
  
Role

• Structural steel and concrete design, 3D modelling and detailed drawings from conceptual sketches through to detailed design
• Ensure checking and review processes are completed. Review designs to ensure accuracy and compliance with codes, Australian / International Standards and Company Standards
• Development of plans, estimates, specifications, calculations and planning layouts
• Communicating relevant project information as appropriate to project leaders/project team

Your Experience

• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or equivalent;
• Demonstrated experience using CAD and REVIT
• Familiarity with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements;
• Verbal, written and multimedia communication skills to liaise with the team, senior management and external stakeholders to produce commercial, client focused outcomes;
• A commitment to quality and accuracy (attention to detail);
• An enthusiasm and drive to contribute to the growth and development of the business, the team and yourself.
