An exciting and immediate opportunity is available for an experienced Verification and Validation Engineer to join an expanding organisation focused on providing solutions to the Defence industry.
Your new role
This Verification Engineers’ responsibilities will include electronic systems verification and validation activities including the leading of tests and evaluations required to meet and deliver customer requirements. Coordination of these activities will also include development of the verification management plan, liaising with internal teams such as systems engineering and software testing and subcontractors to ensure requirements are understood and met in accordance with specifications. You will have a thorough understanding of validation and verification solutions, and have the ability to review every phase of the life cycle for these systems.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will hold tertiary qualifications in Electronics, Systems or Communications Engineering and have experience in the testing of electronic systems ideally for varying military platforms. Through this experience you will have gained the ability to develop test procedures, manage test articles, conduct and document testing on software systems and coordinating engineering changes. Due to the industry environment you must be eligible to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
