As the Traffic Engineer, you’ll utilise your technical skills to manage and support various highway and road upgrade projects in Queensland. We are looking for someone that is able to deliver strategic planning and design advice on multimodal transport, freight, public transport pedestrian schemes. 

Additionally, you will be instrumental in engaging with key stakeholders with the aim to grow and develop client relationships.

Key Criteria

• 3+ years experience in a similar role within a consultancy
• Confident in designing intersections, roundabouts, traffic signals or traffic signs
• Understanding a variety of Traffic and Transport related CAD systems (SIDRA, SCATS)
• High attention to detail with strong problem solving skills
• Excellent technical report writing skills
• Strong communicational skills and ability to manage key client relationships
• You must be either an Australian citizen or a holder of an Australian permanent residency visa to be eligible to apply for this position.
