Prerequisites:
- Civil Engineering or Construction related tertiary qualifications
- Experience in strategic engineering project planning
- Strong technical knowledge including engineering methodology and interpretation of plans and specificiations
- Pragmatic approach and people management abilities
- Ability to establish project schedules and budgets
- Research and development experience
- Ensuring engineering standards of quality, cost, safety, timeliness and performance are met
