Graduate/Junior Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineer Required
CIM Enviro Overview:
CIM's technology is called the ACE Platform. It is a hardware and software solution that continuously takes real time data from buildings to pinpoint irregularities in systems and equipment and prioritise attention based on energy cost, severity and comfort. The cloud-based automated diagnostics use artificial intelligence & engineering analysis to identify problems and guide resolutions through suggested actions. These suggested actions, allow building owners or facility managers to better organise their resources for quicker and more efficient repairs and commissioning services which, in turn, decrease faults leading to longer equipment lifespans, reduced energy consumption, and decreased overall operating and capital expenses.
Position:
1+ Years Experience Mechanical Engineer - HVAC (Preferred)
Skill set required:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, it's various components and their operations
- Proficient in HVAC design
- Proficient in duct and pipe sizing
- Familiar with different controllers - DDC & Pneumatic
- Familiar with Building Management System (BMS) and a strong knowledge of building services.
- Experienced in reducing buildings' energy consumption is an advantage.
- Knowledge of additional software such as Camel, Carrier, Design Builder, NABERS ratings, etc. is an advantage.
- Familiar with thermodynamic and heat transfer principals
- Quick learner
- Expert in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Delivering projects on time
- Available to travel nationally and internationally
- Experience in VB programming is an advantage
