This is a specialised position providing engineering expertise to support our solar offering. You will be responsible for;

• PV Solar array design
• Grid Connection Applications
• Troubleshooting current installations
• Liaising with stakeholders including current clients, our energy broking division and network providers

You will be assessed on your knowledge of solar PV engineering and energy modelling

What you'll need to succeed:

• Have a qualification in either mechanical or sustainable energy with a keen interest in the renewable sector.
• Between 3-6 years experience ideally
• Firm understanding of Solar PV Design
• Understanding of structural and civil design issues
• Skilled in Energy Modelling
• Knowledge and experience with Australian standards and procedures for design, construction, testing and commissioning for solar projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• A focused and collaborative approach
• Proven self-starter abilities with a passion for renewable energy
• A strong focus on delivering a positive client experience
