With a fresh approach to engineering and a flexible and challenging environment, such expansion brings with it an opportunity for an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to further strengthen their Brisbane design team.

The Opportunity
As part of established structural team, you will manage your own design projects, attend meetings, and manage exisiting client relationships, whilst also providing mentoring and technical support to the structures group. You will be able to assist with training and developing the team, support the senior engineering and management team with design reviews and overall, contribute to the quality and ongoing success of the group.

This is a genuine opportunity, within a 'less-political' engineering environment where you will be valued for your technical design skills, not your contacts. 

Essential Skills & Experience

• Bachelor Civil Engineering; minimum 10 years post graduate engineering design experience
• Extensive local design, and design management experience within commercial, major residential development and/or light industrial projects
• Strong communication skills and project management ability
• Knowledge sharing aptitude
