Internal Recruiter for Blue and White Collar
Your new company
Our client is a subsidiary of a global organisation, based within Perth CBD (with some travel to other sites required on regular basis).
Your new role
Reporting to the HR and Senior Leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the end to end recruitment portfolio including designing and placement of advertisements, pre-screening, shortlisting, referencing and organising required compliance, raising contract documentation, liaising with major stakeholders, creation and management of the HR files and other ad hoc tasks. This will be a high volume role using fairly traditional processes and systems.
What you'll need to succeed
It is expected that you will have held a similar position previously and can demonstrate experience of the end to end recruitment process, having looked after both blue and white collar roles from within an industrial setting (such as mining/ resources, construction/ engineering, oil & gas). You will possess the confidence to communicate at a senior level, and be available immediately.
What you'll get in return
