Reporting to the GM of Engineering, your remit will encompass new product development and introduction, supporting your colleagues in sophisticated R&D in the productionisation of new technology. Mentoring and guiding the activities of an astute team of engineers, you will manage budget and project timelines, ensuring internal testing, field testing and relevant compliance specifications are met. With accountability for the successful implementation and delivery of world leading product designs incorporating electronics and software parameters, this position presents as an outstanding opportunity for the very best Electronic Engineering specialist.
Accordingly, you will be a highly motivated, driven and astute Engineer with degree qualifications in Electronics or Software Engineering. We require an incisive and analytical thinker who thrives in a fast paced and challenging environment, and a poised, yet passionate individual who can effectively lead and motivate a team to deliver results. Your industry expertise will most likely be aligned to the Defence or Electronics sectors, and/or a best practice, sophisticated engineering domain.
