The Opportunity

Your primary purpose will be to successfully implement various business improvement projects that impact the whole of the Zinfra business, and ultimately look to standardise and improve business critical processes and systems across Zinfra Group’s national operations. As the Program Manager you will have a heavy emphasis on cultural change and embedding Zinfra Group’s mindset throughout the organisation

The primary responsibility of this role is to:

  • Champion project management disciplines and provide the processes, structures, and tools for individual project managers to successfully achieve their objectives;
  • Ensure the right enterprise wide initiatives are undertaken and the benefits are being fully realized
  • Support a governance structure which ensures:
  • Ensure each initiative is well designed / scoped and managed;
  • Pro-actively support project managers and initiative sponsors:
  • Assist with coordination, communication and engagement of stakeholders impacted by the programs of work
  • Produce all supporting plans, tools and materials required to deliver, implement and govern the program of work
  • Regularly report on the progress of the program against agreed KPI's

Who are you?

The ideal candidates for this role will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A strong background in project management and a solid understanding of project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Be degree qualified in Project Management and /or Business
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
  • Must be commercially astute, possess strong analytical and research skills in complex commercial problems and be capable of identifying and analysing the associated commercial and risk implications of such problems for the company
  • Experience with large-scale organisational change effort

The successful candidate will enjoy an autonomously role, have excellent communication, negotiation and facilitation skills to assist with influencing, persuading and engaging diverse audiences including senior executives and employees.
