Tasks

Reporting to the Solar Service Manager,

additional key areas of responsibility will include but not be limited to:

• Answering calls from End Users, Electrical Installers, or Solar Retailers/Distributors with product or technicalinstallations questions regarding Solar products.
• Determining the best strategies for claims or faults that are not common or not straight forward.
• Process Warranty claims for Solar Inverters.
• Receiving customer complaints and responding accordingly.
• Working with the other technical support engineers, product managers and repair centers to develop new processes for best practice.

Requirements

• To be considered, you will have a bachelor’s degree in Solar PV, renewable or electrical engineering with minimum of 2 years’ experience in the solar industry.
• Electricians with strong solar experience are also encouraged to apply.
• You will be proficient in MS Word and Excel and have demonstrated experience in negotiation and customer service.
• You will be a confident communicator who is highly organized and proactive, with the ability to both maintain and build long term relationships.
