Joining our team as the Civil Design Lead, you will lead the delivery of specialist services and inspire our technical teams to produce infrastructure solutions that help us become a vibrant and progressive utility.
The Civil Design Lead delivers the design of infrastructure assets within the South East Water capital program by taking projects from planning phase through delivery to handover to Operations, ensuring engagement with internal and external stakeholders. By delivering leading edge solutions you will improve South East Water's position as a leading agency and recognised expert in the Design of Water Industry assets.
Equipped with a tertiary engineering qualification and experience in sewer and water infrastructure design, you will demonstrate a leadership focussed, innovative approach. Your strong problem solving and risk management skills will see you manage design processes across the infrastructure asset project lifecycle. Your strong communication skills will enable sound negotiation with contractors, consultants and customers, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in customer service.
