• As an expert in large scale projects, you will have effectively coordinated and managed complex work and teams.
• Having handled all client contact with some of the top developers in your market, you most likely have a valuable network through these project successes.  
• You have worked on flagship land and civil works projects at least one of them with your name at the top.
• You've developed a reputation for delivering projects on time and budget, without compromising on quality. You are a 'pillar' in your company, commanding big money but worth every cent.
