Salini Impregilo S.p.A, an industrial Group specialising in the construction of major, complex projects throughout the world, and NRW Civil and Mining, a leading provider of diversified services to the resources and public infrastructure sectors, are jointly delivering one of Western Australia's most transformational public transport projects, the Forrestfield-Airport Link. 

Salini Australia Pty Ltd are providing services to the JV and are   interested in hearing from experienced Railway Signalling & Communications Engineers who have had experience on metro rail works to join our team. This role will be working directly within the Project's Rail Infrastructure and System Commissioning Team.

The primary functions for this role will involve design and planning activities, working with a selected specialist contractor. Responsibilities will then follow on to construction/installation and finally to commissioning activities

To be considered for this role, the following is essential:

  • Relevant Tertiary Qualifications
  • At least 5-7 years of experience since graduation
  • Experienced within a similar metro  Railway construction based project, within the fields of design/installation/commissioning
  • Must have experience in communication & SCADA interface
  • The ability to work quickly, effectively and positively in a demanding environment.
  • Well-developed organisational skills and able to pay attention to detail.
  • The ability to work to deadlines and targets and the ability to prioritise tasks under pressure.
