- Manage a team of six engineers of which two are at the Senior level. Take care of the workflow, review and mentorship as well as client management.
- Portfolio requires approximately 40% leadership and 60% business development
- Turnovers from 15-50M with a couple of clients up to 100M.
- Structures are in hospitality, property, retail, manufacturing, engineering and wholesale.
- Continues to experience success and is now a mid-size consultancy. The offices is spacious and modern within the CBD.
- Active social club to keep team building in the spot light.
- Up to date with technologies. Electronic workbooks and software systems.
- Travel to offices and clients across the globe.
- Developed a successful business model over the past decade.
- Calibre of the leadership team has resulted in a strong referral network which will see growth continue allowing you to build in salary or equity partner
