Specialist engineering consultancies currently engaged on a large scale Iron Ore project across the booming Australian mining industry and can offer competitive rates along with career enhancing growth options.
At present they have a requirement for a Senior Civil Engineer from a strong mining earthworks background who is keen to secure a long term role within a well respected company.
Your duties & responsibilities will include:
- Carry out engineering designs and calculations for civil earthworks scopes.
- Prepare engineering specifications, design Basis and Scope of Work documents,
- Ensuring designs comply with applicable Australian and Study or Project specific Codes, Specifications, and Standards,
- Prepare accurate and detailed technical bid evaluations for equipment.
It is essential that you have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or similar
- 10+ years relevant professional experience in Civil Engineering
- Proven experience delivering designs for Australian mining projects.
