Australian Prestressing Services is a specialist post-tensioning subcontractor formed in Sydney in 1982, with offices across NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT and the Middle East.
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated Structural Engineer with experience in post-tensioning to join us as our NSW Business Development Manager in the Sydney office.
This is a senior role within a highly supportive leadership team.
Key responsibilities;
- Manage and provide Engineering support for a small team
- Develop and market innovative both supply only, and, design and construct post-tensioning bids.
- Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, specifiers, contractors and developers;
- Drive sales and growth for the business through direct solution driven approaches.
- Develop marketing plans consistent with the Companies strategic goals
You are customer focused, goal orientated and possess a can do attitude.
You may have prior experience in estimating and business development or you may be looking to use your Engineering background to support a transition into a more commercial role.
A recognized Civil / Structural Engineering degree with a minimum of 10 years local Structural Engineering experience is essential along with significant hands on design experience with software packages such as RAPT and Ram Concept.
