The Role
With a growing presence in the Melbourne space this company is looking for their next team leader. Someone who can assist in the development of younger staff, manage client relationships and large projects, check and sign-off designs and allocate resources. There is an expectation this person will have some established connections of their own with which they could assist in bringing in new business. 

About You
This position is going to suit a flexible and dynamic operator. Someone who knows how to wear multiple hats within the business and doesn't shy away from a challenge. Some prerequisites are:

• 8+ years of experience with a design consultancy in Melbourne.
• Professional engineer status with IE Aus, Chartership a plus.
• Design experience on: commercial, residential, government, public buildings and retail projects.
• Local client-facing experience, leading extensive buildings projects.
• Solid technical skills with experience in post-tension RC a must.
• Experience in RAM Concept, Microstran, ETABS, Structural Toolkit and RAPT or similar software.
