About the Company
Tier 1 rapidly growing mechanical service organisation has secured a number of projects across Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne and Brisbane. The company has extensive experience in large scale commercial, defence, health and data centre projects. As a business their aim's are to have collaborative approach to all of our projects, working with top tier construction companies to create smarter, more efficient mechanical systems for buildings
The Role
They are looking for experienced Project Managers. The projects are ranging from a value of $450k to $2 million.
This position is ideal for a junior project manager or someone looking to gain more industry experience and expand their network. You will be supporting senior Project Managers as well as managing your own portfolio of projects
Skills and Experience
- The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 2 years management experience
- Worked on projects with a minimum value of $450k
- Strong site based experienced
- Comfortable to liaise with a range of people from labours to stake holders
- Strong negotiating skills
- Comfortable directing works on site
- Capable of working on multiple projects
