We are looking for: An experienced professional to provide specialist engineering input to development control in accordance with legislation, local environmental plans, development control plans and policies aligned with Council’s and the community’s priorities. The successful candidate will meet all the criteria set out in the Position Description for the role and importantly will have extensive experience in the assessment of development related applications from an engineering perspective and sound knowledge of all relevant legislation.
We offer:

Salary and Conditions will be in accordance with the NSW Local Government (State) Award with an appointment at a salary in the range of $81K to $94K per annum, with an additional negotiable market premium (dependent upon skills and experience**).

Additional 3.5% Civil Liability Allowance.
- Provision of a private leaseback vehicle in accordance with Council policy.
