ABOUT THIS ROLE
Our client is a leader in innovative cutting-edge engineering solution to the Australian Government and Defence Sector. The successful applicant will be an experienced CAD professional, who will join a dynamic team on a state of the art military project. The role will support the development and upgrade of some of the most advanced R&D facilities in Australia. This will be an amazing opportunity for someone who has a passion for design and is looking to take the next in their career.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide design capability across building services
- Develop concept design for projects
- Custodian of design documentation across the business
- Manage a library of drawings and technical documentation
- Interact with personnel across the business to determine design requirements
- Preparation of CAD arrangements and 2D/3D drawings
SKILLS & EXPERINECE NEEDED
- Proven industry experience operating CAD (AutoCAD)
- Tertiary Qualifications in drafting/CAD qualification
- Firm understanding of concept development
- Experience within a Defence environment would be highly advantageous
- Candidates must be eligible for a Baseline clearance or Australian Citizen to apply
