Banana Shire Council has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader in the Water Services team. This role is responsible to provide technical support on Water and Sewerage SCADA (Citect) and Telemetry networks and associated infrastructure, electrical matters, treatment process automation, telecommunication interfaces and protocols.
The following competencies will be advantageous:
- Strong technical ability and customer focus skills
- Engineers Australia Accredited Engineering qualification (eg control system/process engineering, electrical/electronic engineering, automation engineering or similar) or other qualification relevant to the position
- Extensive experience working with SCADA, PLC and Telemetry systems.
- Manual C Class Drivers Licence
