As the fastest growing local government area in Australia, Camden is currently home to 90,000 residents and is projected to double over the next 20 years. It has a strong mix of industrial and commercial business hubs with a growing focus on retail, construction, manufacturing and education.
Council is currently looking for an executive professional with the drive, vision and leadership skills to meet the challenge of change and major growth.
You will be responsible for providing operational direction across large-scale, complex projects including the design and implementation of effective processes and systems to support all community asset-based activities. The development of a business-focused culture based on accountability and uncompromised customer service will also be a key objective.
Your senior experience to date will have given you skills to drive change management programmes while also providing hands-on leadership across the entire life cycle of asset-based projects. You lead and inspire by example, and your excellent communication skills allow you to quickly build confidence and credibility across all stakeholder groups.
