- Managing and delivering technical design projects for major national client
- Regular project meetings, project reports, project briefing and reviews
- Preparation of contracts, site inspections, coordination of contractors

- Delivery of Greenfields Land Development Projects
- Preparation and administration of construction contracts, site inspections to ensure compliance with design intent, coordination of site meetings, assisting with the mentoring and development of staff and high level stakeholder consultation
- Managing and delivering technical design projects on behalf of major national client
- Ensuring all necessary management and administration procedures are carried out to achieve efficient operations and proper financial management
- Senior management communications direct with the client including regular project meetings, project reports, project briefing and quarterly reviews
- Coordination of approvals from service authorities and agencies
To be considered for this role, need a Civil Engineering Degree at least 7-10 years’ experience in delivering land development projects in NSW and dealing with demanding clients.
